We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, company details, and invoicing data. We do NOT collect payment card details or banking credentials.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the INVOZY service: creating invoices, tracking payments, generating reports, and managing your business operations. We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Encryption

Sensitive personal information (WhatsApp numbers, phone numbers) is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with per-tenant encryption keys. All data in transit is protected via TLS 1.3.

4. Data Storage

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1 database, KV, R2) in Asia-Pacific regions. You retain full ownership of your data and can request deletion at any time by contacting support.

5. Cookies

We use essential session cookies for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies are used. The session cookie is HttpOnly and secure.
